Program Coordinator

Working as a central focal point to help facilitate a timely and effective marching show. The Program Coordinator allows someone in a consultant/adjudicator position to oversee and work with the entire design staff and directors, and be a center point to all moving parts in the ensemble. This will free the directors up to be directors. The program coordinator communicates often, directly and effectively with the directors, but takes care of the logistics of scheduling meetings, scheduling deadlines, holding designers to deadlines, overseeing the product as it is being written, communicating changes, etc. An effective program coordinator fosters a creative and respectful environment, helps and oversees all aspects of creating the show from music choices to costuming, to prop creation/deadlines, choreo, drill choices, etc.
